A Droogies Original is the clothing item of choice for many of the world’s leading anarchists, cool kids, and stray cats – and can be shipped directly from the UK to most international locations.

Shipping costs are applied at checkout, with a flat fee added depending upon your location:

Returns

Each Droogies Original is crafted ‘on-demand’ once your order is received, and once done it cannot be undone. Which basically means once you’ve ordered, we can’t change it to fix a mistake or address a ‘it doesn’t fit me’ issue. The ink has been used, the t-shirt’s involved (though you can contact us sharpish if there’s a problem at info@droogies.co.uk and maybe we can halt the crafting process!). That said, you can return an item for exchange or refund up to 14 days after receiving your tee. What we ask is that the tee is returned in its original unworn and unwashed state. Trying a tee on doesn’t affect it (as long as you don’t stain it with makeup, deodorant, booze, bodily excretions etc.). To return, simply email returns@droogies.co.uk – quoting your invoice number and details of what you want to return. We’ll then confirm next steps. Items received back without a relevant invoice number may be refused. You’ll need to cover the cost of returning your items, but we’ll send out exchanges at no further cost. In addition, we can only authorise one return per order.

I’ve received the wrong item / I’ve a faulty or damaged Droogies Original

We want you to be awestruck with your new order, but if you’ve received an incorrect tee or a faulty/damaged item, then please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the tee.

To allow us to resolve this as quickly as possible please provide photos to help us confirm any errors and we can usually have a replacement out within 72 hours. Please retain all packaging and labels received with your parcel, otherwise you may invalidate any claim.

If we’re not able to confirm a fault and we require the t-shirts to be sent back to us then we will reimburse any postage costs only in the event the Droogies Original is deemed faulty.

I’ve received too many items / I’m missing an item

Please contact us and we’ll look into this as soon as possible.  If you’re missing an item please refer to your order confirmation for lead times.
